What we handle
the goal, weight, activity level, and diet preferences you submit to build your plan.
Data handling commitments
- Submissions run the product pipeline and are retained only as long as needed for your audit log (paid tiers) or until you delete the run.
- We apply access controls consistent with GDPR Art. 32 (security of processing) where personal data is processed.
- BYOK keys (Enterprise), when offered, are stored server-side only and never exposed to the browser.
Honesty rule: Calorie IQ drafts targets and meal sketches from your inputs. We do not guarantee weight change, 100% accuracy in macro counting, or that a plan fits every medical condition. We do not claim guarantee / 100% / cure.
Our compliance posture
- Calorie IQ is decision-support wellness, not a clinic, dietitian service, or medical device.
- For medical or binding nutrition advice, consult a qualified clinician or dietitian.
